THE RESILIENT RUNNER | 5KM TOUR

Duration:    45 minutes

When you’re in town for business, want to stick to your running schedule but you need to manage your time efficient as your agenda is packed, then this run is perfect for you! Your guide will plan a customized route for you with close proximity to your accommodation. We’ll pick you up early morning at your accommodation and make sure to hit at least one city park so you have a chance to stretch your legs and soak in some fresh air before you attend your conference or important business meeting. If you wish, your guide (a professional business coach) is able to coach you along the way to help you prepare for a highly productive day.

PEACE IN THE PARK | 8KM OR 15KM TOUR

Highlights:  Vondelpark, Rembrandtpark, Sloterplas

Audience:   All

Duration:     8KM (1.5 hours) and 15KM  (2.5 hours)

Want to stay away from the crowded downtown area and enjoy nature? This tour lets you unplug and experience Amsterdam in a mindful way. We’ll kick off this tour at Amsterdam’s most popular hangout: The Vondelpark. Here you’ll find many like minded runners on the track. We’ll continue to Rembrandt park, which is because of its many sandy paths great for running. When you can't get enough (book the 15KM instead of 8KM tour) and we’ll continue to lovely Sloterplas, a lake in the upcoming Amsterdam Western Garden Towns, a local favorite for walking, running and boating. Your guide will share insights into local life and makes sure to stop at the best sceneries for taking pictures. If you feel like a drink, we'll end the tour with a craft beer in one of our local bars.

WHERE DO WE MEET?

Pick up service from your accommodation is possible when you stay in close proximity (<2KM) to the starting point. After booking, your guide will get in contact with you to finalize pick up details.
